Job Description
- Conduct User Access Review every six months for 106 applications to verify appropriate access levels. This includes preparing review documents and managing communications with reviewers for review closure.
- Conduct monthly non-perm staff ID reviews, including preparing documents, sending, collecting responses, and closing reviews.
- Review dormant accounts across applications and report to the Risk team monthly, including manually disabling any accounts to prevent unauthorized access.
- Conduct ad hoc reviews upon urgent requests.
- Collaborate with application teams to develop a User Access Matrix that complies with audit standards.
- Assisting Saviynt team in automating the UAR process during transition.
- Provide evidence for internal and external auditor inquiries about review work.
- Compile a comprehensive list of reviewers prior to preparing reviews. Ensure that any discrepancies identified in the Active Directory (AD) are resolved.
- Assisting the team with administrative tasks on review tickets and facilitating the extraction of reports for user and account listings in Active Directory.
- Ensure all review SOPs are updated promptly.
