Responsibilities:
Deal Tracker Management: Maintain and update key trackers (EOD Updates, LOI Tracker, Path to Closing) with up-to-date status updates, due dates, and assigned responsible parties.
Information Logging: Capture updates from emails, notes, and Slack promptly to keep trackers accurate and aligned.
Document Organization: Organize deal files and closing documents in shared folders using consistent naming conventions.
Packaging Oversight: Lead the packaging process – review data room dumps, rename and organize files, identify missing items, and update trackers accordingly.
Communication & Follow-Up: Monitor post-term sheet timelines, follow up on outstanding items, and manage email flow to ensure action items are tracked and addressed.

Pay: Php50,000.00 - Php65,000.00 per month
