SHIFT: Night (9PM - 6AM)
SET UP: Hybrid (at least once a month in Circuit Makati)
The ACCOUNT MANAGER is a customer-focused and detail-oriented professional with experience in healthcare, specifically in working with health plans, health systems, or healthcare services companies. The ideal candidate will have 5+ years of experience, a strong ability to build and maintain customer relationships, and a proactive approach to project management and problem-solving. This role will focus on managing a smaller book of customers, ensuring high levels of engagement, and supporting business growth through strategic execution and collaboration.
Responsibilities
Build and maintain strong relationships with customers.
Act as the main contact for assigned client accounts.
Communicate clearly with stakeholders at all levels.
Use empathy and active listening to create strong partnerships.
Help resolve conflicts using problem-solving and negotiation.
Manage accounts with attention to detail and follow-up.
Lead and coordinate customer-related projects.
Track performance metrics and customer satisfaction.
Keep organized records of projects and account activities.
Stay informed on healthcare trends and suggest ways to grow business.
Qualifications
- 5+ years of experience in healthcare, working with health plans, health systems, or healthcare services companies.
- Proven ability to build and maintain strong customer relationships.
- Experience in project management, ensuring timely execution and alignment with business goals.
- Highly detail-oriented with strong organizational skills.
- Ability to proactively identify and resolve customer issues.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently while collaborating across teams.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in business, healthcare administration, or a related field (Master’s preferred).
- Experience in healthcare technology, telehealth, care management, engagement, or staffing solutions in a BPO environment.
- Familiarity with customer success strategies and account management best practices.
- Exposure to project management methodologies and tools.
