Job Overview:
The Account Officer (Truck Loans) is a sales-focused role that drives the acquisition of new clients and actively manages relationships with partners. This position is responsible for generating loan applications for both brand new and second-hand trucks, achieving individual booking targets through strong sales and relationship management. The Account Officer is also committed to upholding the company's credit standards and compliant with all internal procedures.

Key Responsibilities:
- Loan Booking Attainment:
- Drive personal sales by acquiring, processing and closing loan applications for both brand-new and second-hand trucks in order to achieve or exceed individual booking targets.
- Loan Application Generation:
- Actively solicit loan applications from potential clients seeking to finance truck purchases, aiming to consistently meet application volume objectives.
- Manage clients with professionalism and build rapport, and guide them through the whole loan application process.
- Effective Partnership Management:
- Establish and maintain strong working relationships with a network of active partners and potential partner sources to further increase referrals for business and contribute to sales success.
- Maintenance of High Audit and Credit Standards:
- Ensure all activities and functions are in compliance with all internal and external audit and credit standards by completing all documentation requirements and following due diligence procedures.
Key Requirements:
- A bachelor’s degree in business administration, marketing, or a related field is preferred.
· Conducts sales and marketing campaigns to promote refinancing (Sangla OR/CR) and financing for both brand-new and secondhand trucks.
· Sales driven with a proven track record of achieving targets in car and truck financing.
- Ability to evaluate financial statements and credit reports to assess risks.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite and Sales CRM tools.
