Job Summary:
We are looking for a proactive and resourceful Sales Executive to cover the Bangsamoro Autonomous Region in Muslim Mindanao (BARMM). The succesful candidate will be responsible for generating business opportunities, managing key accounts, and driving sales of security and infrastructure-related products or services to local governmant (LGUs), ministries, and relevant agencies with BARMM.
Key Responsibilities:
- Identify and develop new business opportunities within BARMM (LGUs, ministries, and government agencies)
- Establish and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers, procurement officers, and political stakeholders
- Attend bidding conferences, prepare documentation, and assist in project registration (e.g. Philgeps, BAC processes)
- Promote company solutions through presentations, courtesy visits, and proposal submissions
- Work closely with the head office to coordinate pricing, technical support, and compliance requirements
- Monitor regional market trends, funding programs, and procurement calendars
- Submit weekly activity reports and sales forecasts
- Ensure proper follow-up on deliveries, after-sales service, and client satisfaction
Qualifications:
- Bachelors degree in Business, Marketing, Public Administration, or related field
- With 3-5 years of relevant sales experience, public sector exposure preferred
- Familiarity with BARMM's political and cultural landscape, preferably a local
- With existing contacts in BARMM government or capacity to establish networks fast
- Language : English and Filipino (local dialects such as Tausug, Maguindanaon, or Maranao is a plus)
- With excellent communication, negotiation, and documentation skills
- Willingness to travel extensively within the region
- Experience handling BARMM or ARMM accounts is preferred but not required
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: Php18,000.00 - Php20,000.00 per month
