What we're looking for
Account Specialist is responsible for building and maintaining client relationships, driving sales, and ensuring client satisfaction. They manage the sales cycle, from prospecting and lead generation to closing deals and providing ongoing support.
Duties and Responsibilities:
1. Prospecting and Lead Generation:
- Identifying potential clients and generating new leads.
2. Client Relationship Management:
- Building and maintaining strong relationships with both new and existing clients.
3. Sales Presentations and Negotiations:
- Presenting products or services to clients and negotiating contracts.
4. Needs Analysis:
- Understanding client needs and finding solutions that meet those needs.
5. Sales Cycle Management:
- Managing the entire sales process, from initial contact to closing deals.
6. Problem Solving:
- Addressing client issues and ensuring satisfaction.
7. Reporting and Analysis:
- Tracking sales progress, reporting on client accounts, and identifying opportunities.
8. Training and Development:
- Training junior AEs and setting quotas.
Educational Background and Work Experience:
- Bachelor's Degree of any college business-related course
- Preferably with work experience in sales
Key Competencies and Skills Needed:
- Communication: Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Interpersonal: Ability to build rapport and relationships with clients.
- Sales: Knowledge of sales processes and techniques.
- Negotiation: Ability to negotiate contracts and close deals.
- Business Acumen: Understanding of the company's products, services, and industry.

The role requires a balance of office work and client meetings, which may involve travel.
