Responsibilities:
(1) General Accounting
Record and maintain general ledger entries and ensure accuracy of financial
transactions.
Handle accounts payable (AP) and accounts receivable (AR), including aging and
reconciliation.
Monitor accruals, prepayments, and adjusting entries as part of the monthly closing
process.
(2) Month-End and Year-End Closing
Assist in the preparation of monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports.
Reconcile bank statements, intercompany balances, and subsidiary ledgers.
Ensure timely submission of internal financial statements and reports to
management.
(3) Tax Compliance and Regulatory Filings
Prepare and file BIR returns including but not limited to:
○ VAT (BIR Form 2550M/Q)
○ Expanded Withholding Tax (BIR Form 1601-EQ)
○ Quarterly and Annual Income Tax (BIR Form 1702Q/1702-RT)
○ Alphalist submissions and BIR Form 2316 / 2307
Ensure compliance with BIR regulations, maintain official receipts, and support BIR
audit requirements.
Coordinate with external auditors and government agencies when necessary.
(4) Financial Controls and Documentation
Maintain accurate and organized financial records for audit and tax purposes.
Ensure that all accounting practices are compliant with Philippine Financial Reporting
Standards (PFRS) and company policies.
Support the improvement of internal control procedures and documentation
processes.
(5) Other Support Functions
Assist in budget tracking, variance analysis, and internal reporting.
Collaborate with other departments (e.g., operations, HR, procurement) for
financial-related tasks.
Perform other ad hoc duties as assigned by the finance manager.
Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in Accountancy, Finance, or related field.
At least 2–5 years of accounting experience, preferably in a Philippine-based
company.
Solid knowledge of Philippine Financial Reporting Standards (PFRS) and BIR
tax regulations.
Hands-on experience in preparing BIR forms and compliance submissions.
Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and accounting software (e.g., QuickBooks, Xero, SAP,
Oracle).
Strong attention to detail, organizational skills, and ability to meet deadlines.
CPA license is a strong advantage but not strictly required.
Good communication and interpersonal skills.
Optional Add-on (if gaming/hospitality related):
●Experience in online gaming, casino, or hospitality industries is
preferred.
●Familiarity with PAGCOR reporting requirements is a plus.

Pay: Php35,000.00 - Php50,000.00 per month
