JOB DESCRIPTION:
1. Weekly Production Payroll.
2. Monthly Office Payroll.
3. Preparing of Staff’s Cash Advance / Cash Loan.
4. Issuance of company Memorandums.
5. Distributing Performance Appraisals, Memo’s, Disciplinary action.
6. Maintaining financial reports, records, and disbursements for BIR reports.
7. Maintaining 201 files.
8. Orienting newly hired employees.
9. Provide assistance and support to company personnel.
