- Reconcile invoices and identify discrepancies,
- Create and update expense reports,
- Process reimbursement forms,
- Recording and filing cash transactions,
- Prepare bank deposits,
- Enter financial transactions into internal databases,
- Check spreadsheets for accuracy,
- Maintain digital and physical financial records,
- Participate in quarterly and annual audits,
- Petty cash custodian, Monitoring of cash advances,
- Prepare payment to suppliers including checking supporting documents,
- Liaising with third party providers, clients and suppliers,
- Updating and maintaining procedural documentation.
- Take on other assignment as needed.
