Qualifications:
1. Educational Background:
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Communications, Information Technology or a related field. Recent graduates or candidates with relevant coursework are also acceptable.
2. Experience:
- Entry-Level Experience: Fresh graduates up to 6months experience such as an internship or junior position in account management, marketing, or project coordination.
- Documentation: Experience or familiarity with preparing business-related documentation such as proposals, letters of intent, and pre-bid documents.
3. Skills:
- Communication: Strong verbal and written communication skills to assist in client communication and document preparation.
- Organizational Skills: Ability to assist in coordinating projects, manage tasks, and meet deadlines effectively.
- Research Skills: Competence in gathering and compiling information for proposals and ensuring accuracy in documentation.
- Technical Aptitude: Basic understanding of website and system functionality to assist in monitoring performance and addressing issues.
- Attention to Detail: High attention to detail to ensure accuracy and completeness in documentation and communication.
- Time Management: Ability to manage multiple tasks and support senior team members efficiently.
4. Familiarity with Tools and Platforms:
- Office Software: Proficiency in using Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) for document preparation and data management.
- Content Management Systems (CMS): Basic experience with CMS platforms for monitoring and updating website content.
- Project Management Tools: Familiarity with project management tools, or similar platforms to assist in coordinating projects.
