General Ledger and Financial Reporting:
- Recording and posting transactions in SAP Business One.
- Reconciling bank statements and other accounts.
- Preparing financial statements like balance sheets, income statements, and cash flow statements.
- Assisting with month-end and year-end closing processes.
- Maintaining accurate and up-to-date financial records.
Accounts Payable and Receivable:
Processing invoices and payments, Managing accounts payable and receivable, and Assisting with billing and collection activities.
Tax and Compliance:
Preparing and filing tax returns, Ensuring compliance with tax laws and regulations, and Assisting with tax audits and inquiries. Budgeting and Forecasting:
- Contributing to the development of budgets and forecasts.
- Analyzing financial data to identify trends and opportunities.
- Providing financial analysis to support decision-making.
Other Responsibilities:
Performing internal audits, Identifying and recommending cost-saving opportunities, Assisting with special projects and requests from management, and Maintaining confidentiality of financial information. Skills and Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in accounting or finance.
- Strong understanding of accounting principles and practices (GAAP).
- Proficiency in accounting software (SAP) and Microsoft Excel.
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
- Attention to detail and strong organizational skills.
- Ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
