Job Summary:
We’re looking for a reliable and detail-oriented Accounting Assistant to join our team and support the daily financial activities of our retail business. This role involves handling data entry, processing invoices, reconciling accounts, and maintaining accurate financial records to help ensure smooth and efficient accounting operations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Record and process daily sales transactions and receipts
- Prepare, review, and verify invoices, purchase orders, and payments
- Reconcile bank statements, cash reports, and internal records
- Assist with month-end and year-end financial closing
- Maintain organized and up-to-date financial documentation
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
- At least 2 years of accounting experience, preferably in a retail setting
- Familiarity with basic accounting principles and financial reporting
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel and accounting tools like QuickBooks or Xero
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: Up to Php18,000.00 per month
