Job Summary:
The Accounting Associate is responsible for performing a range of accounting and administrative tasks to support the company's financial operations. This includes maintaining accurate financial records, reconciling accounts, preparing reports, processing transactions, and assisting in audits and economic analysis.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist in the preparation of financial statements and reports
- Process and record day-to-day financial transactions, including invoices, payments, and receipts
- Maintain and update accounting records and files
- Reconcile bank statements and monitor cash flow
- Assist in accounts payable and accounts receivable processes
- Support payroll processing and employee reimbursement handling
- Prepare and submit tax forms and ensure compliance with government regulations
- Coordinate with other departments regarding budgets, expenditures, and financial reports
- Assist with internal and external audits
- Maintain confidentiality of financial data
- Perform other related duties as assigned
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: Php14,000.00 - Php15,000.00 per month
