APPLICANT QUALIFICATIONS:
- Graduate of BS Accountancy or Accounting Technology
- Experience in SAP is an advantage
- Proficient in MS office applications primarily Microsoft Excel
- Knowledge of Basic Accounting
- High attention to details and numeracy skills
- Willing to stay in Davao City
JOB DESCRIPTION:
- Responsible for timely and accurate recording of the company’s financial transaction such as:
- Purchase Order
- Sales Invoices
- Stock Transfers
- Goods Issues and Goods Receipts
- Accounts Receivable Credit Memo – Good and Bad Stocks
- Ensures that all inventory related transaction documents received for the day are transacted in SAP on a daily basis
- Maintains a monitoring/record of all inventory related transactions and updates it from time to time
- Diligently reviews the correctness and double checks completeness of the necessary attachments of each of the documents received
