Job Hiring: Accounts Receivable (AR) Specialist
Location: Imus, Cavite (Onsite, Full-time)
Salary Range: ₱18,000 – ₱25,000/month (depending on experience)

We are looking for a detail-oriented and reliable Accounts Receivable (AR) Specialist to join our Finance team and support the company’s growth.
Responsibilities
- Verify incoming payments from multiple channels (bank transfers, GCash, Shopee, Lazada, TikTok, etc.) and match against invoices.
- Perform daily and monthly bank reconciliations to ensure accurate records.
- Prepare and submit end-of-day AR reports summarizing collections, outstanding balances, and variances.
- Assist in invoicing and collections follow-ups with sales and logistics teams.
- Maintain accurate AR documentation in compliance with internal accounting policies and BIR requirements.
- Reconcile e-commerce platform sales reports with received payments, investigating discrepancies.
- Provide AR aging analysis and collection performance reports during month-end and year-end closings.
- Recommend process improvements and automation to make AR tracking more efficient.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
- At least 1 year of experience in accounts receivable or general accounting (fresh graduates with strong academic background may be considered).
- Proficiency in MS Excel/Google Sheets; knowledge of accounting systems is a plus.
- Strong attention to detail and analytical skills.
- Ability to work independently while collaborating with cross-functional teams.
- Familiarity with Philippine accounting standards and BIR compliance is an advantage.
