- Maintain journals (cash receipts, sales, purchases, disbursements) by verifying, allocating, and posting transactions.
- Update subsidiary ledgers and historical records.
- Purchase supplies and equipment as authorized.
- Monitor receivables, office supplies, and fixed assets.
- Pay supplier invoices and obligations on time.
- Collect source documents and prepare government remittances (SSS/PHIC/HDMF).
- Reconcile taxes, prepare returns, and remit to the government.
- Conduct periodic account reconciliations.
- Replenish petty cash and process payroll timely.
- Prepare and process payroll in a timely manner.
