C. Responsibilities and Authorities:
1. Prepares Bank Reconciliation
2. Prepares various journal entries for LTO, Unaccounted bank debits and credit, loans, interest income & fund transfer
3. Monitors General Ledger (Clearing Accounts, Cash, Check, Credit Card, Customer Deposits)
4. Performs clearing of Cash Sales, Check & Credit Card collection per deposit slips and per bank using SAP.
5. Performs reconciliation of Clearing accounts (Monthly)
6. Performs other GL reconciliation that may be assigned from time to time.
