JOB RESPONSIBILITIES
1. Financial Transactions
- Prepare and post journal entries.
- Process payables and receivables.
- Reconcile financial discrepancies.
2. Financial Reporting
- Assist in the preparation of monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports.
- Support the creation of financial statements and management reports.
- Support in preparation of reports in fixed asset management and inventory management.
- Support in periodic audits of financial records.
3. Compliance & Controls
- Ensure compliance with company policies and regulatory requirements.
- Assist with external audits and implement.
- Implement internal process and improvements.
4. Administrative Duties
- Maintain accurate and organized financial files and documentation.
- Provide support for financial planning and analysis activities.
5. Communication
- Collaborate with other sections & departments to resolve financial issues.
- Responds to internal and external financial concerns and inquiries.
6. All other reasonable activities relevant to the job.
JOB QUALIFICATIONS
- Bachelor’s degree in, Accountancy, Finance, or any related field.
- Fundamental understanding of accounting principles, financial analysis, and reporting requirements.
- Proficiency in accounting or financial management software (e.g., SAP) and Microsoft Excel.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to interpret and apply complex regulations.
- Excellent in documentation and report preparation.
- Good communication skills and ability to work collaboratively in a team.
- High regard to system of chain-of-command, compliance, reliability, accountability, and trustworthiness.
