Accounting/Finance Staff Job Summary:
We are looking for a detail-oriented and reliable Finance/Accounting Staff member to support daily accounting and finance operations. This role is essential for accurate financial reporting, timely documentation, and assisting in budgeting, compliance, and internal controls.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist in daily bookkeeping and data entry using accounting software
- Support accounts payable/receivable processing and documentation
- Prepare monthly journal entries and account reconciliations
- Assist in payroll coordination and government contributions (SSS, PhilHealth, Pag-IBIG, BIR)
- Help compile financial reports and support monthly/quarterly closing activities
- Maintain organized financial records and audit trails
- Support compliance and internal audit preparation
- Coordinate with supply chain, HR, and operations on financial documentation as needed
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Accountancy, Finance, or related field
- 1+ years of relevant experience
- Knowledge of basic accounting principles and government regulatory filings
- Proficiency in MS Excel and accounting software (e.g., QuickBooks, Xero, SAP, etc.)
- High attention to detail, accuracy, and time management
- Good English communication skills, both written and verbal
- CPA qualification is a plus but not required
- Willing to work from Monday to Saturday
- Willing to work onsite in Cavite
