- Handle accounts payable, receivables, and reconciliations with suppliers.
- Prepare and process journal entries, disbursements, payroll, and tax returns (BIR compliance).
- Monitor budget vs. actual expenses, inter-company transactions, and financial documentation.
- Oversee petty cash, cash advances, collections, and online payments.
- Manage payroll data encoding, validation, and employee deductions.
- Maintain records of assets, insurance, inventories, and commission reports.
- Prepare and submit regular financial reports (daily, monthly, quarterly).
- Perform other finance and accounting tasks as assigned.
