JOB DESCRIPTION:
- Responsible for providing financial and administrative in order to ensure effective, efficient and accurate financial and administrative operations.
- Process and monitors payments and expenditures.
- Preparation of Accounts Payable Voucher with complete documents.
- Preparation of aging of Payables which will due for submission every 30th of the month.
- Preparation of government requirements.
- Monitors suppliers with terms of payment.
- Prepare batches of invoice for data entry.
QUALIFICATIONS:
- Graduate of Bachelor of Science in Accountancy or equivalent
- Preferably with at least 2 - 3 years related work experience
- Computer Literate
- Knowledgeable in making financial statements, cost analysis and payroll preparation
- Ability to multitask
