Radix HR is looking for a detail-oriented Accounting Assistant – Accounts Receivable to support our Finance Team in managing accurate recording, reconciliation, and collection of receivables. Reporting to the Accounting Supervisor, this role is vital in maintaining healthy cash flow and ensuring timely posting and follow-up of client payments.
Key Responsibilities
- Monitor and record all incoming payments and ensure accurate posting to customer accounts
- Reconcile accounts receivable records and resolve any discrepancies with clients or internal teams
- Prepare and issue invoices, billing statements, and official receipts
- Follow up with clients regarding overdue accounts and coordinate with the Sales or Operations teams when needed
- Maintain updated and organized AR files, including contract details and client payment histories
- Prepare AR-related reports and provide documentation support for audits
- Ensure compliance with tax requirements and internal accounting policies
Qualifications
- Graduate of Accountancy or a related business course
- At least 1 year of relevant experience in Accounts Receivable or general accounting
- Strong knowledge of receivables processes and reconciliation
- Excellent attention to detail and accuracy in financial documentation
- Able to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (especially Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
- Strong communication and coordination skills
