DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Responsible for providing operational, clerical and administrative support to the
- Finance Manager for the timely processing and monitoring of all accountingandbank reconciliation transactions
- Prepare, collate, complete and process regulatory business documents, licenses and
permits
- Data entry and keep track of AR, AP and company expenses
- Recording and maintenance of account/customer billing and collection and financial records
- Assist in bookkeeping process compliance and updating company book of accounts
- Manage other tasks that may assigned from time to time JOB QUALIFICATIONS:
- Graduate of Accountancy
- Proficient in MS Office especially Excel
- With at least 2-5 years of experience as an Accounting Officer
- With strong computer skills and knowledgeable in all facets of Accounting
- Strong attention to detail with a dedication to accuracy
Working Schedule: Monday - Friday from 8:30AM - 5:30PM

Pay: Php21,000.00 - Php25,000.00 per month
