· Handling petty cash, invoices and other related accounting works.

· Coordinating schedules, arranging meetings, distributing memos and reports and ensuring that everyone is kept current of necessary company news and information;

· Answering inquiries and handling complaints in a professional manner;

· Preparing report/sheet for weekly and monthly payroll on the assigned project such as timekeeping, validation of Bio-metrics time logs and attendance logbooks;

· Other task as maybe required by the immediate superior.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: From Php13,000.00 per month
