Hiring: Admin & Marketing Officer
Are you organized, creative, and ready to wear many hats? We’re looking for an Admin & Marketing Officer who can handle daily office operations while driving our social media and marketing efforts.
What you’ll do:
- Oversee office operations, documentation, and records management
- Manage schedules, reports, and basic HR & procurement tasks
- Create and manage social media content using Canva and CapCut
- Handle posting schedules, monitor engagement, and support campaigns
- Coordinate with management to implement marketing strategies
What we’re looking for:
- Graduate of Business, Marketing, or related course
- At least 1 year experience in admin + marketing tasks
- Skilled in social media management, Canva, and CapCut
- Strong communication and organizational skills
- Proactive, detail-oriented, and adaptable
