Job Description:
- Managing and monitoring daily administrative services of all digital energy delivery projects (including office space, environment, project vehicles, hotel dormitories, safety, health, etc.).
- Developing service standards and processes related to project administrative services, optimizing and implementing internal controls and IT tools for administrative services (implementing policies and processes).
- Managing assets and expenses related to project administrative services, properly controlling costs, and avoiding waste of administrative resources (administrative expense control).
- Handling administrative service problems reported by employees before regular on-site service inspection.
Qualifications:
- 4-year Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Office Administration, Public Administration, Management, or a related field.
- Fluent in English (listening, speaking, reading, and writing required).
- Knowledge of the Mandarin language is an advantage (not required).
- Familiar with the basic methodology of Admin, with 1–3 years of experience in admin-related tasks.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, strong execution capability, and team leadership ability.
- Excellent information and data processing skills.
- Ability to juggle multiple tasks efficiently and work thoroughly.
- Willing to adapt to long-term business trips.
