Position: Admin Assistant
Responsibilities:
· Provide administrative support to ensure efficient operation of the office.
· Assist in the preparation of regularly scheduled reports and presentations.
· Maintain electronic and hard copy filing systems.
· Handle sensitive information in a confidential manner.
· Manage office supplies inventory and place orders when necessary.
· Assist in the preparation of departmental budgets and expense reports.
· Perform data entry and update records as needed.
· Liaise with internal departments and external partners as required.
· Handle incoming calls and other communications.
Requirements:
· Proven experience as an administrative assistant or office admin assistant.
· Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
· Excellent time management and organizational skills.
· Strong written and verbal communication skills.
· Attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
· Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks.
· Associate’s degree or equivalent work experience preferred.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: Php12,207.00 - Php13,000.00 per month
