Job Description
- Ensure accuracy of all client info, fee schedule and signatures on the e-agreements (adobe sign);
- Ensure complete sales documentation including quotations, agreements, birth certificates, lab reports and all relevant forms are properly maintained and filed systematically for easy retrieval and reference;
- Ensure client database, including contact details, billing information are accurate and up to-date;
- Assist client payment transactions at any stage of the process and ensure ease and successful experience by the clients;
- Liaise with and follow holding company to ensure all key relevant facts and documentation are communicated in a timely and accurate manner - process client submissions e.g. Birth Certificate, Non-Conformance Form, Low Cell Count, Termination request;
- Monitor and ensure clients receive agreements and reports in a timely manner and take prompt action to rectify any delay and shortcomings;
- Ensure client payments are completely and fully accounted for, properly safeguarded, banked-in and recorded promptly including issuance of Acknowledgment Receipts;
- Submit Monthly Sales Report to Commercial and Business Manager (total signed-up cases, total monthly sales revenue, new enrollment collection report and any other report needed);
- Assist in processing Business Permit and other Municipal Permits of the company;
- Provides documentary requirements of CREs for hospital coverage;
- Online processing of Bureau of Quarantine (BOQ) Certificate for Cord Blood and/or Cord Tissue shipments;
- Processing and Monitors renewal of CPRS Accreditation as Exporter with the Bureau of Customs;
- Other duties to be assigned by the Management from time to time.
Job Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration (Client is not open to hiring graduates from other fields)
- With at least two (2) years relevant working experience in an administrative or office management role (any industry).
- Knowledge in MS Office applications
- Ability to handle confidential information with discretion
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with all levels of the organization
- Proficient in oral and written English

- Hardworking and requires minimum supervision
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: Php17,000.00 - Php18,000.00 per month
