Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee daily administrative operations and ensure smooth workflow across departments.
- Maintain and organize company records, documents, and correspondence.
- Coordinate meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements for staff and management.
- Assist in the preparation of reports, presentations, and other business documents.
- Monitor office supplies inventory and coordinate with suppliers for timely replenishment.
- Serve as a point of contact for internal and external communications, ensuring prompt and professional responses.
- Support HR functions such as recruitment coordination, employee onboarding, and maintaining personnel records.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and administrative procedures.
- Assist in budget preparation and expense tracking to support financial planning.
- Provide general support to visitors and ensure a welcoming office environment.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Office Management, or a related field.
- Proven experience in administrative coordination or a similar role.
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
- Excellent verbal and written communication abilities.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
