General
- Responsible in ensuring that the implementation of administrative and operations activities is aligned with
Operations
- Facilitate the planning of deployment activities (from mobilization up to demobilization of the unit), manpower requirements, and other resources needed.
- Ensure that all deployment activities are implemented and executed according to the plans.
- Communicate with the Executive Director regarding any issues or concerns identified during the planning, mobilization, project implementation, and demobilization activities.
- Ensure that all operations-related concerns raised are properly addressed by the concerned personnel.
- Ensure that all equipment are properly monitored and accounted from deployment/dispatch up to return to the yard in coordination with WIC Officer.
- Coordinate with WIC Officer and Mechanical Engineer in monitoring the status of all equipment.
Administrative
- Safekeep all documents related to the equipment such as:
a. Equipment’s Insurance Policy
b. Official Receipt/Collection Receipt Motor Vehicles
c. Proof of ownership of all equipment
d. Invoices/Delivery Receipt /Deed of Sale
- Process insurance claims for equipment.
Purchasing
- Check PRS and PO Monitoring per site.
- Prepare supplier’s payable per site.
- Follow-up on the pending orders of parts for equipment to all sites.
- Outsource external suppliers in Manila if not available in sites.
- Coordinate deliveries from Manila to site.
Other Tasks
- Communicate effectively and openly to the management all concerns or issues pertaining to the assigned duties and responsibilities, and scope of work.
- Other tasks that may be assigned from time to time by the Executive Director or Area Manager or Area Supervisor or Authorized Personnel
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: Php20,000.00 - Php25,000.00 per month
Ability to commute/relocate:
- Nasipit, Argusan del Norte: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Preferred)
