Job Description
- Plan, organize, and oversee general administrative activities to support business operations.
- Supervise and provide guidance to administrative and support staff.
- Manage office facilities, supplies, equipment, and maintenance to ensure a safe and productive work environment.
- Oversee record management, filing systems, and data security in compliance with company policies.
- Develop and implement administrative policies, procedures, and systems to improve operational efficiency.
- Coordinate with vendors, suppliers, and service providers to ensure timely delivery of goods and services.
- Assist in budget preparation, expense monitoring, and cost control related to administrative functions.
- Handle company permits, licenses, and compliance with government regulations.
- Prepare regular administrative reports for management decision-making.
Job Qualifications
- Bachelor’s or Master's degree in Business Administration, Management, or related field.
- 5 years of experience in administrative management or a similar role.
- Strong organizational and leadership skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Knowledge of office management procedures and basic accounting principles.
- Proficient in MS Office applications and familiar with office software systems.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively with different departments.
