We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Administrative Officer to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for overseeing day-to-day administrative tasks, ensuring smooth office operations, and supporting various departments within the organization.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage office operations and general administrative duties
- Organize and schedule meetings, appointments, and events
- Maintain filing systems (digital and physical)
- Handle internal and external communication (emails, phone calls, letters)
- Support HR functions such as onboarding, leave tracking, and record keeping
- Order office supplies and manage inventory
- Process business permits, licenses, and other regulatory documents from the government.
- Handle advance cash requests and ensure timely and accurate liquidation of expenses
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or a related field (preferred)
- Proven experience as an Administrative Officer, Office Administrator, or similar role
- Strong organizational and time-management skills
- Excellent communication skills (written and verbal)
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint)
- Ability to handle confidential information with professionalism

Pay: Php20,000.00 - Php25,000.00 per month
