The Admin Supervisor will oversee the Order Fulfillment Team and Proof of Delivery (POD) functions within the Logistics and Warehousing Department. This role is responsible for ensuring efficient administration, customer satisfaction, and accurate documentation of delivery processes. The Admin Supervisor will lead a team, manage daily operations, and collaborate closely with various departments to ensure seamless logistics and warehousing performance.
Key Responsibilities
- Supervise and mentor the Customer Service and POD team to ensure high performance and adherence to company standards.
- Oversee the handling of customer inquiries, complaints, and feedback, ensuring timely and effective resolution to maintain customer satisfaction.
- Ensure accurate and timely processing of PODs, including verification, documentation, and archiving, to support smooth logistics operations.
- Develop and implement processes and procedures to improve the efficiency of Customer Service and POD operations.
- Maintain accurate records of all customer interactions and POD documentation, ensuring data integrity and compliance with company policies.
- Prepare and submit regular reports on Customer Service and POD operations, including performance metrics, issues, and resolutions.
- Collaborate with logistics, warehousing, and other departments to ensure alignment and efficiency across the supply chain.
- Address operational challenges and recommend areas for improvement in Customer Service and POD processes.
- Ensure all Customer Service and POD activities comply with company policies, legal requirements, and industry regulations.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in business administration, Logistics, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.
- Minimum of 3–5 years’ experience in logistics, warehousing, customer service, or administrative supervision.
- Strong leadership and people management skills with the ability to mentor and motivate a team.
- Excellent organizational and problem-solving skills with keen attention to detail.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills for cross-functional collaboration.
- Proficiency in MS Office applications and familiarity with logistics/warehouse management systems is an advantage.
