About the Role
We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Admin Support to join our client’s team in the mining and construction industry. This role is also open for fresh graduates or candidates with 1–3 years of experience who are eager to build a career in administration and document management.
As an Admin Support, you will primarily handle document control to ensure all project files, reports, and records are accurately maintained and organised. You will also provide general administrative assistance to support the daily operations of the team.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Office Management, or a related field (open to fresh graduates).
- 0–3 years of experience in administration, document control, or office support.
- Strong attention to detail and organisational skills.
- Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint).
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
Preferred (but not required):
- Previous exposure to construction, engineering, or mining industries.
- Knowledge of document control systems or project management tools.
Key Responsibilities
- Maintain and update project documents, reports, and records in line with company standards.
- Ensure proper filing, version control, and easy retrieval of project-related documents.
- Support the preparation, formatting, and distribution of reports, correspondence, and meeting materials.
- Assist with scheduling, calendar management, and coordination of meetings.
- Perform general administrative tasks such as data entry, email correspondence, and filing.
- Liaise with project managers, engineers, and other stakeholders to ensure documentation accuracy.

This position is an onsite role at our Pampanga office. Candidates must be willing to work on-site.
