We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Administrative Assistant to support our team with day-to-day administrative and operational tasks. This role will focus primarily on managing documentation, overseeing petty cash processes, and assisting project leads during workshops and team activities. The ideal candidate is organized, responsible, and capable of multitasking in a dynamic work environment.

Qualifications:

● Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Office Management, or related field.

● Fresh graduate and undergraduate is welcome to apply

● Strong organizational and time management skills.

● High attention to detail and accuracy.

● Basic understanding of petty cash works

● Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and document management tools.

● Effective communication and interpersonal skills.

● Ability to work both independently and as part of a team.

● Discretion and confidentiality when handling sensitive information.
