Responsible for providing administrative and clerical support to the Office of the Chief Product Formulation Officer and Research & Development and Quality Assurance Head. Handles confidential information with utmost discretion.
Job Responsibilities:
1. Attends to all clerical and administrative function of the Department, such as:
- Preparation of Purchase Requisition (PR) forma and coordination with Purchasing Department as to the delivery schedule of the requested materials and supplies.
- Typing/encoding, photocopying and routing inter-office memo.
- Handling phone calls and inquiries within capacity.
- Request for check payment, cash advance and petty cash preparation and liquidations.
- Issuances of office and laboratory supplies and monitoring of supplies inventory.
2. Collates and encodes departmental reports (including reports of both Research and Development and Quality Assurance Department) and sees to it that all departmental reports are accomplished accurately and submitted on time.
3. Prepares Certificate of Analysis and National Meat Inspection Service Permits as required by customers
4. Sees to it that all records and reports are properly filed, updated and are made available to management when requested. Serves as custodian of the departmental communications, reports and other important documents
5. Performs other duties as may be assigned.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration or any related course
- Preferably with 1-3 years of experience in similar field of work
- Computer literate
