Administrative Officer (Admin Officer)
Job Description:
The Administrative Officer is responsible for providing comprehensive administrative support to ensure the efficient operation of the office. This role includes managing records, coordinating schedules, processing documents, and assisting in day-to-day office operations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Organize and maintain company records, reports, and files
- Prepare and process internal/external documents, letters, and reports
- Monitor office supplies and coordinate procurement
- Assist in handling payroll documents, attendance records, and employee files
- Coordinate schedules, meetings, and communication across departments
- Ensure proper implementation of company policies and office procedures
- Support management and staff with administrative tasks as needed
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or related field
- Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
- Trustworthy, detail-oriented, and able to work with minimal supervision
- Previous administrative experience is an advantage
