Qualifications:

Key Responsibilities:
Recruitment Assistance:
- Posting job advertisements on relevant platforms.
- Assisting in the initial resume screening and interview scheduling
Employee Records & Data Entry:
- Assisting in maintaining and updating employee records (personal information, leave files, etc.).
- Supporting encoding tasks from different departments related to employee details and company processes.
Company Benefits and Compensation Assistance:
- Assisting in updating records for employee benefits and compensation.
Billing and Collection Support:
- Assisting in generating billing statements and tracking client payments.
General Administrative Support:
- Handling incoming calls, emails, and inquiries.
- Assisting with scheduling meetings, appointments, and managing office supplies.
