Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field.
- 2 years of experience in a senior administrative role with exposure to HR, billing, and accounting.
- Strong knowledge of financial reporting, HR management, and billing systems.
Key Responsibilities:
- Recruitment Leadership:
- Overseeing recruitment strategies, managing job postings, and leading interviews.
- Ensuring effective onboarding and training of new hires.
- Employee Benefits and Compensation Administration:
- Managing comprehensive employee benefits programs and ensuring compliance with regulations.
- Overseeing payroll and compensation processes.
- Personal Development and Recognition:
- Coordinating and overseeing personal development programs and employee recognition initiatives.
- Assisting in the promotion process based on performance and development.
- Comprehensive Employee Records Management:
- Maintaining and updating all employee records, including performance, training, and promotions.
- Managing disciplinary actions and issuing memos as needed.
- Billing, Collection, and Disbursement Oversight:
- Supervising billing and collection processes.
- Overseeing disbursement processes and coordinating with the Treasury Department.
- Financial Reporting and Compliance:
- Maintaining financial records, preparing financial reports, and managing BIR files.
- Assisting in financial audits and ensuring compliance with tax obligations.
