As an Affiliate Campaign Operations Specialist, you will play a key role in supporting the end-to-end execution of campaigns and activations with Binance Affiliates (including KOLs, influencers, and institutional partners). You will collaborate with BD, ARM (Affiliate relationship management), Product, Marketing, and Data teams to ensure seamless execution, accurate tracking, and high campaign ROI.
This role is ideal for a detail-oriented executor who thrives in a fast-paced, global environment and has a strong understanding of digital performance marketing or influencer management.
Responsibilities:
- Coordinate and execute affiliate-related marketing campaigns across global markets, supporting campaign setup, launch, promote and tracking
- Manage campaign logistics: timeline planning, budget control, asset coordination, and link management (UTM, promo codes)
- Work closely with BD and ARM teams to support custom collab packages and localized campaigns
- Collaborate with the design, social, and product teams to ensure accurate delivery of promotional materials
- Assist in building campaign reports, including FTT, registration, trading volume, engagement data, and ROI analysis
- Monitor campaign performance daily and flag underperforming ones with actionable suggestions
- Contribute to the optimization of campaign processes and documentation (e.g. SOPs, trackers, templates)
- Support contract documentation, payment follow-ups, and compliance alignment with legal and finance teams
Requirements:
- 3+ years of experience in campaign operations, digital marketing, KOL/influencer management, or related functions
- Basic knowledge of Affiliates management in centralised exchange, blockchain ecosystem, token launches, or trading behaviour
- Strong project management and coordination skills, with high attention to detail
- Hands-on experience with tools such as Google Sheets or similar platforms
- Have marketing experience to know how to do marketing promotion and experience managing cross-functional projects or global campaign rollouts
- Familiar with affiliate marketing, referral tracking systems, and UTM link logic
- Analytical mindset; comfortable working with data dashboards and spreadsheets
- Fluency in English and Mandarin is required to be able to coordinate with overseas partners and stakeholders. Additional languages would be an advantage
- Ability to thrive in a fast-moving, multicultural, and remote-first environment
- Experience in Web3, crypto, or fintech campaigns is a strong plus
