We’re looking for Virtual Assistants with Scheduling experience for our Homecare offices across the US.
Responsibilities:
- Handle inbound and outbound calls from clients, caregivers, and applicants.
- Coordinate client-caregiver visits efficiently.
- Manage client and caregiver schedules and information using AxisCare or similar software.
- Respond promptly to messages and voicemails.
- Perform other necessary tasks as needed.
Requirements:
- If you have a 6 months BPO or Virtual Assistant experience (preferably in the healthcare industry), we'd love to hear from you!
- Flexible to work at any shifts and willingness to work during the Holidays.
- Familiarity with AxisCare or other similar scheduling software is a big plus.
- Strong English communication is a must.
- Reliable Equipment (Intel Core i5 or Ryzen5 with at least 8GB RAM) and minimum of 50mbps Fiber internet.

Pay: Php20,000.00 - Php30,000.00 per month
