Amazon Growth Specialist Wanted!
Are you an Amazon marketplace expert with a passion for building high-performing storefronts across global markets? We're on the lookout for a driven Amazon Growth Specialist to lead and scale our Amazon business across Australia, the UK, and Europe.
This is a full-time, in-office opportunity in Dumaguete City for someone who thrives in a fast-paced e-commerce environment and has a proven track record in Amazon SEO, PPC, and operational excellence.
Work Schedule:
Day Shift (Full-Time, Office-Based – Dumaguete)
Responsibilities:
Amazon Store Management
- Manage and grow Amazon storefronts across AU, UK, and EU
- Maintain high-quality listings and ensure smooth customer journeys
Product Listing & Optimization
- Create and optimize listings with strong SEO (titles, bullet points, A+ content, images, keywords)
- Execute strategies that improve visibility and sales conversion
Advertising & Promotions
- Develop, execute, and manage Sponsored Ads (Products, Brands, Display)
- Manage budgets, bids, and targeting for maximum ROI
- Plan Lightning Deals, Coupons, and seasonal promotions
Performance Analytics & Reporting
- Track metrics such as ACOS, ROAS, CTR, conversion rates, and revenue
- Monitor competitor trends and provide regular performance insights
Inventory & Fulfillment Coordination
- Forecast and manage inventory levels for FBA and FBM
- Work closely with logistics and internal operations teams
Compliance & Customer Experience
- Ensure Amazon policy compliance across regions
- Manage account health, reviews, and resolve customer issues proactively
Qualifications:
- 3–5 years of hands-on Amazon marketplace management experience
- Proven success launching/stabilizing stores in AU, UK, or EU
- Strong knowledge of Amazon SEO, advertising, and FBA operations
- Proficient with Helium 10, Jungle Scout, Seller Central, Brand Registry, and Ads Console
- Highly analytical with advanced Excel skills and reporting know-how
- Strong communication and project management skills
- A self-starter who thrives in a fast-paced, performance-driven environment
