As part of our Procurement organization in the Manila Shared Service Center, you will support our global operations by ensuring the integrity, accuracy, and efficiency of our vendor master data processes. This role is critical in enabling seamless procurement and finance operations across the organization.

Responsibilities
- Create, maintain, and validate vendor master data in SAP and Ariba, ensuring compliance with global standards and local requirements
- Review and process vendor requests from global stakeholders, ensuring timely and accurate data entry
- Perform data quality checks and resolve discrepancies or incomplete information in collaboration with requestors and internal teams
- Support onboarding of new vendors, including due diligence and documentation validation
- Monitor and manage ticket queues and service level agreements (SLAs) using workflow tools (e.g., Ariba, ServiceNow or similar)
- Participate in continuous improvement initiatives to enhance data governance, automation, and process efficiency
- Collaborate with global procurement, finance, and compliance teams to ensure alignment with policies and controls
- Support internal and external audits by providing documentation and data extracts as needed
- Maintain process documentation and contribute to knowledge sharing within the team
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Supply Chain, Engineering, or related field
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in a shared service or multinational environment, specifically in vendor master data management
- Practical experience with SAP (Vendor Master module) and Ariba Supplier Lifecycle and Performance (SLP) is required
- Familiarity with data governance principles and compliance requirements (e.g., GDPR, SOX)
- Keen attention to detail and analytical skills
- Proficient communication skills in English, both written and verbal
- Ability to self-manage workload and collaborate in an evolving global environment
- Experience with ticketing systems (e.g., ServiceNow) and Microsoft Office tools (Excel, Outlook, Teams)
