As Analyst, Sales Management & Reporting, you'll create clear and insightful reporting on our business - from sales performance, territory activity, and profitability to customer satisfaction - that helps us create a better company for our customers, partners and people. Your role will not only be to obtain accurate data on a rolling basis, but also to translate inferences and develop conclusions from this data that informs our business decisions. You will work closely with regional sales leaders and the CEO. You will be an ambitious, mathematical individual with personal and professional goals within the sales or management functions.
What you'll do
- Develop and maintain clear, actionable reports on sales performance, territory coverage, profitability, and customer satisfaction.
- Analyze sales and business data to uncover trends, draw conclusions, and present insights that drive decision-making.
- Work closely with regional sales leaders and the CEO to support planning, forecasting, and strategic initiatives.
- Ensure the ongoing accuracy and integrity of sales data through regular audits and updates.
- Translate complex data sets into easy-to-understand dashboards and visualizations.
- Support the continuous improvement of sales processes through data-backed recommendations.
What you'll have
- Strong analytical and mathematical skills, with a passion for data-driven decision-making.
- A keen interest in sales, business operations, or management, with the ambition to grow professionally in these areas.
- Experience with Excel, BI tools (e.g., Power BI, Tableau), or CRM/ERP reporting systems.
- Ability to communicate insights clearly to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
- A proactive, detail-oriented mindset with a commitment to accuracy and clarity.
- Collaborative attitude and confidence working directly with senior leadership.
