The Architect will be responsible for designing and planning store spaces that are both functional and visually appealing. This role involves creating innovative design solutions that align with the store’s brand and enhance the dining experience. The Architect will manage design projects from concept through completion, ensuring that all designs meet aesthetic, operational, and regulatory standards while incorporating sustainable practices.
Duties and Responsibilities- Architect
1. Develop and design office layouts and spaces that enhance operational efficiency and align with the store brand and vision.
2. Create detailed architectural plans for new office spaces or renovations, ensuring they meet the company’s functional and aesthetic requirements.
3. Assess and optimize the use of available space to improve workflow and productivity within the office environment.
4. Manage and supervise office construction or renovation projects, coordinating with contractors, suppliers, and other stakeholders to ensure timely and high-quality completion. 5. Prepare and manage project budgets, including estimating costs, tracking expenditures, and reporting financial status to the President.
6. Ensure all designs and renovations comply with local building codes, safety regulations, and accessibility standards, obtaining necessary permits and approvals.
7. Provide regular updates and comprehensive reports to the President on project status, design progress, budget adherence, and any issues or changes.
8. Prepare and maintain accurate records of design plans, project progress, cost estimates, and other relevant documentation.
9. Handle administrative tasks such as scheduling meetings with stakeholders, managing project-related correspondence, and ensuring effective communication between all parties involved.
10. Select and specify materials, furnishings, and finishes that meet design standards and align with the store’s branding.
11. Oversee the implementation of interior design elements, ensuring they adhere to the approved plans and contribute to a cohesive and functional workspace.
12. Address and resolve design, construction, or administrative issues as they arise, providing solutions that align with the President’s expectations and the company’s needs.
13. Integrate sustainable design practices and energy-efficient solutions to minimize environmental impact and operational costs.
14. Conduct post-project evaluations to ensure the office space meets the intended design and operational goals, gathering feedback from the President to identify areas for improvement.
15. Other tasks that may be assigned from time to time.
