KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Develop architectural designs, concepts, and detailed drawings for various building types within project scopes.
- Prepare comprehensive architectural plans, elevations, sections, and detailed drawings using CAD software.
- Coordinate with engineering teams (civil, structural, mechanical, electrical, plumbing) to ensure seamless integration of building systems.
- Conduct research on materials, finishes, and construction methods to ensure design quality and cost-efficiency.
- Assist in preparing project specifications, bills of quantities, and tender documents.
- Conduct site visits, perform architectural inspections, and ensure construction works comply with approved designs and quality standards.
- Review contractor shop drawings, material samples, and mock-ups.
- Prepare documentation required for building permits and regulatory approvals.
- Ensure design compliance with the National Building Code of the Philippines and other local regulations.
- Participate in client presentations and contribute to design-related communications.
- Perform other related tasks as may be assigned.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s Degree in Architecture.
- Must be a Registered Architect in the Philippines.
- Fresh graduates are welcome to apply.
- 1-3 years of experience in architectural design and project documentation is an advantage.
- Proficiency in AutoCAD, SketchUp, Revit, or other architectural design software.
- Familiarity with MS Project is a plus.
- Strong understanding of architectural principles, building construction, and materials.
- Excellent design skills, attention to detail, and graphic presentation abilities.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate in a team environment.
