- Prepare and monitor monthly sales targets.
- Conduct regular checks of competitors' activities and pricing in the market.
- Find new prospective Seafood Producers and Buyers.
- Responsible for maintaining good relationships with regular Seafood Producers and Buyers.
- Monitor and follow up on the schedule of unloading from Seafoods Producers.
- Monitor employee performance, including training and development.
- Prepare daily operation reports.
QUALIFICATIONS
- Graduate of Management, Marketing, Operations Management, Sales, and other related 4-year business courses.
- With at least 2 to 3 years supervisory work-related experience.
- Good analytical and communication skills.
- Good at problem solving and decision making.
- Willing to work in Davao Fishport Complex.
- Willing to work long hours if needed.
