Qualifications:
- Candidate must possess at least Bachelor's/College Degree in Business Studies, Marketing, Food and Beverage Services Management, Hospitality Management or equivalent
- At least 3 years of working experience in the related field is required for this position
- Willing to travel
- Proven track record in managing multiple branches
- Demonstrates high customer management orientation, with ability to make decisions and take actions to guarantee customers' needs are met
- Must be knowledgeable on basic store operations and with capability to assess operational improvements, compliance to standards, sales and profitability
- Possess strong organizational and leadership skills, can lead and motivate a team
- Has effective negotiation skills and has the ability to work under pressure and in a fast-paced working environment
- With valid driver's license is preferred
- Willing to do field work
