This role is responsible for driving sales, managing expenses, and achieving profit targets for assigned stores. Overseeing all aspects of operations, implement strategies, marketing programs, and streamline store operations to ensure efficient and successful performance.
Key Responsibilities:
- Sales Achievement: Analyze and discuss sales reports, productivity analyses, and competitors' surveys to devise action plans for meeting sales and productivity targets. Gather information on competitor technology and services for potential adoption to ensure business competitiveness.
- Operations Efficiency: Coordinate with stores and support units to address operational concerns, ensuring availability of redemption items, utilities, timely item transfers, and accurate asset accountability. Ensure compliance with standard operating procedures and directives from Head Office through regular store visits and implementation oversight.
- Reports and Documentation: Review expense reports and discuss plans to meet targets. Approve and review various documents and reports submitted by subordinates across HR, accounting, inventory, and store operations. Address major operational problems and propose long-term solutions.
- Training of New Store Personnel: Conduct training and orientation sessions to upgrade competencies and ensure awareness of policies and procedures among subordinates.
Overseeing Areas Assigned: North & Central Luzon.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree (B.A.) from four-year college or university
- Two (2) to five (5) years related experience.
- Proficient in presenting information to diverse audiences.
- Ability to work independently, ensuring accuracy.

Pay: Php25,000.00 - Php35,000.00 per month
