Responsibilities:
- Responsible for the delivery of sites (SLZ team)
- Responsible for leading the establishment and management of the delivery team
- Responsible for leading the formulation of project process and monitoring key points
- Responsible for leading the organization to sort out the site list and goals
- Responsible for the formulation and management of project schedules, responsible for project achieving delivery goals, formulating monthly team KPIs according to milestones such as Design/Permission/RTA/RTB/PAT/PAC, and achieving monthly KPIs.
- Maintain relationship with customers
- Responsible for predicting project risks and controlling them to avoid key project progress issues.
- Responsible for the output of the overall weekly/monthly report of the project.
- Responsible for improving and optimizing project delivery efficiency and saving project costs.
- Responsible for completing other tasks temporarily arranged by the superior.
Requirement :
- Bachelor's Degree Holder in Engineering or equivalent
- More than 3 years' experience in project management
- Familiar with OSP knowledge
- Possess good negotiation skills
- Possess good communication and interpersonal skills
- Proficient in English language
- With PMP certification is an advantage
- Willing to work from Mondays-Saturdays and extended hours
